The activities will take place in 5 days and the host school will implement them.
1.GOLithuania: Presentation of everyday school life and the elements that constitute the Lithuania spirit (multimedia display and interactive Map on
ScreenTouch);
2. EuroCulTRoute #1: Fragments of the past: Ethnographic Open-Air Museum (Rumšiškės).Trakai castle and Kaunas Museums.
3. EuroCultTRoute #3: Fragments of the past. Vilnius old city (UNESCO) heritage.
4. EuroCulTRoute#3: Hidden Town Treasures. Art on Vilnius streets.
5. EuroCulT Workshop: Using the ARcGIS platform: A planned workshop for participants about contextual tools for mapping and spatial reasoning
that ARcGIS provides so as we can explore collected cultural heritage data and share location-based landmarks. Learning how to use ARcGIS, we
take advantage of working in spatial data, providing us with appropriate tools to visualize, analyze, compile, and share data, produced during this
project about European cultural heritage.
6. EuroCulTSpots: Let’s melt past to the present: Students and teachers will try to find in local archives captures of the area, as to shot the same
place from the same viewing angle, making the comparison of past and nowadays. Fusing old photos with modern ones, students took themselves
as to develop overlapping images, that merge scenes from past to present in order to create EuroCuITCalendar 2020;
7. Competition for the photos that will be included in the EuroCulTCalendar 2020
8. Assembly of contact persons to review the activities for the 2nd year on the basis of results of the 1st year;
9. Assessment of 4th visit (questionnaire);
10. Project’s press release and website publishing.
These planned activities will have a strong impact to our team partners, because this International Organisation represents most of our goals and
especially the creation of relations between different cultures and people as one of the UNESCO mission is to develop dialogue through Education,
sciences, culture, communication and information. All participants will share these experiences in their school community and also they are going to
integrate into school subjects, such as History, Geography, Language, New Technologies, Informatics, Foreign Languages, Aesthetic Education.
